400g di filetto o roastbeef<br />
100g di spinacini<br />
senape di Digione<br />
olio d&#8217;oliva extravergine<br />
sale e pepe</p>
<p>- Per il CousCous<br />
1 Cup di CousCosu<br />
1¼ Cup di brodo di pollo/carne<br />
2 Cipolle rosse<br />
1 cucchiaio di succo di limone<br />
sale e pepe<br />
olio d&#8217;oliva extravergine</p>
<p>ASSEMBLAGGIO:<br />
· Massaggiate la carne con l&#8217;olio e il pepe<br />
· Scaldate una padella antiaderente e cuocete la carne per 4&#8242; da entrambi i lati, mettete da parte al coperto per mantenerla calda<br />
· Ora pensate al CousCous, in una ciotola versate il brodo caldo sul couscous, coprite e lasciate riposare per 5&#8242;<br />
· Mettete un cucchiaio di olio nella padella della carne e cuocete le cipolle mischiando di tanto in tanto per 8/10&#8242; fino a quando non sono diventate tenere<br />
· In una scodella mescolate senape, olio, succo di limone, pepe e sale per creare il condimento<br />
· Prendete il couscous, aggiungete le cipolle e il condimento. Mischiate<br />
· Create un letto di spinacini su ogni piatto, versateci sopra un po&#8217; di couscous e la carne a fette in cima</p>

<p>COMPONENTI [per 2 persone]:<br />
250g di ricotta<br />
30g di parmigiano<br />
1 uovo<br />
85g di farina<br />
1 cucchiaio di buccia di limone grattugiata<br />
1 cucchiaio scarso di foglie di menta [tritata fine]<br />
130g di spinaci surgelati<br />
90g di semolino/farina per polenta<br />
125ml di panna liquida<br />
25g di parmigiano<br />
sale e pepe<br />
un po di foglie di menta extra</p>
<p>ASSEMBLAGGIO: · Mettete ricotta, parmigiano, uovo, farina, buccia di limone, menta e spinaci in una ciotola e mischiate per bene<br />
· Cospargete il piano di lavoro con il semolino e stendete fino ad ottenere dei &#8220;salatini&#8221; con un diametro di 2cm, tagliateli a piccoli pezzi di circa 3cm di lunghezza<br />
· Cuocete i gnocchi in abbondante acqua salta per 2-3&#8242; o fino a quando vengono a galla, teneteli da parte al caldo<br />
· Mettete la panna in una padella larga a fuoco alto per 1-2&#8242; o fino a quando è ben calda, aggiungete i gnocchi del parmigiano extra aggiungete sale e pepe<br />
· Impiattate e aggiungete qualche foglia di menta quà e là</p>

2 zucchine non troppo grandi<br />
1 peperoncino piccolo<br />
1 spicchio d&#8217;aglio<br />
olio extravergine</p>
<p>ASSEMBLAGGIO: · Mettete l&#8217;acqua sul fuoco<br />
· Lavate la zucchina e grattugiatela<br />
· Salate l&#8217;acqua e buttate la pasta<br />
· In una padella mettete 1 cucchiaio d&#8217;olio, il peperoncino tagliato fine fine e l&#8217;aglio schiacciato, cuocere per 2&#8242;, aggiungete le zucchine e cuocerle per 3&#8242; dopo di che togliete l&#8217;aglio<br />
· Scolate la pasta al dente e passatela in padella per condirla<br />
· Impiattate la pasta e aggiungete un po&#8217; di pepe e sale e con dei petali di parmigiano</p>

<p>COMPONENTI [per 2 persone]:<br />
4 pezzi di pollo circa 800g [a vostra scelta tra cosce, ali, gambe etc]<br />
15 olive verdi<br />
4 spicchi di aglio<br />
2 cucchiai di prezzemolo tritato<br />
130g di pomodorini<br />
1 cucchiaio di scorza di limone grattugiata<br />
sale e pepe<br />
olio extravergine</p>
<p>ASSEMBLAGGIO: · Scaldate il forno a 200°C<br />
· Sciacquate le olive per rimuovere l&#8217;eccesso di sale e asciugatele<br />
· Prendete i vostri 4 pezzi di pollo e metteteli in una teglia da forno con la pelle in su, mettete uno spicchio d&#8217;aglio sotto ogni pezzo di pollo, aggiungete le olive, il basilico, la scorza di limone, i pomodorini, sale e pepe e un cucchiaio di olio sul pollo<br />
· Fate cuocere in forno per 45-55&#8242; o fino a quando il pollo e dorato<br />
· Servite cospargendo il pollo con il sughino di cottura</p>

<p>COMPONENTI:<br />
750ml d&#8217;acqua<br />
3 busting di the verde<br />
170g di zucchero<br />
80ml di limone<br />
1 cucchiaio di menta, tritata finemente</p>
<p>ASSEMBLAGGIO:<br />
· Mettete in infusione il the nell&#8217;acqua calda per 5&#8242;<br />
· Aggiungete il succo di limone e lo zucchero, facendolo sciogliere<br />
· Fate raffreddare e unite la menta e mescolate<br />
· Versate il composto in un contenitore [meglio se con coperchio] più largo che altro <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  e mettete in freezer<br />
· Nella ricetta dicevano di raschiare la granita con una forchetta dopo 1ora, peccato che dopo 1ora nel mio freezer era ancora liquida, comunque controllate ogni 1 o 2 per 3 volte in modo che la granita abbia una consistenza tipo neve</p>

<p>ASSEMBLAGGIO: · Scaldate il forno a 160°C<br />
· Lavorate il burro, la cannella e lo zucchero nel robot da cucina fino a renderlo cremoso<br />
· Unite gradualmente le uova e sbattete bene<br />
· Setacciate sul composto il lievito e la farina dopo di che aggiungete il latte e mescolate per amalgamare il tutto<br />
· Foderate una tortiera da 22cm con della carta forno e versateci il composto<br />
· Sbucciate, tagliate a metà e levate il torsolo alla mela, fate una serie di tagli profondi su ogni metà mela, ora disponetele sulla torta<br />
· Mescolate lo zucchero e la cannella e spolverateci le mele<br />

Sono tornatooo! Non sono morto e non sono a dieta, non avevo voglia di cucinare, di trascrivere le ricette, di mettere a posto le foto etc&#8230;<br />
Sono stato via così tanto che WordPress ha messo addirittura dei tasti nuovi che non ho ben capito a cosa servono e per questo non li tocco.</p>
<p>Arrivando al dunque, visto che siete tutti grassi e/o a dieta ho deciso di tornare con una ricettina leggerina, una bella insalata, leggera leggera, così se dovete andare al mare mettere poco pane, se invece andate in Svezia come me potete metterne un saaaacco!</p>
<p>A settimana prossima. ciao!<br />
COMPONENTI [per 2 persone]:<br />
4 fette di pane spesse almeno 2cm<br />
3 pomodori, tagliati a fette spesse<br />
6 bocconcini di mozzarella, spezzettati<br />
70/80g di rucola<br />
10 olive nere tritate fini<br />
12 foglie di basilico non troppo grosse<br />
olio e aceto balsamico</p>
<p>ASSEMBLAGGIO: · Accendete il forno a 200°C, tagliate a pezzi il pane mettendolo su una teglia ricoperta di carta forno e cospargetelo con un po&#8217; di olio, una vota che il forno sarà caldo, infornate per 10&#8242;<br />
· Create una base di rucola, sulla quale appoggiare il pomodoro, i pezzetti di mozzarella, le olive, il basilico e i crostini di pane<br />
· Condite con Olio e Aceto, rispettivamente 2 cucchiai e 1 cucchiaio, ben mischiati</p>

100g di fagiolini<br />
100g di pomodorini<br />
½ cucchiaino di paprika<br />
4 cucchiai di basilico tritato<br />
1 cucchiaio di olio d&#8217;oliva<br />
2 cucchiai di succo di limone<br />
sale e pepe</p>
<p>ASSEMBLAGGIO:<br />
· Sciacquate i fagioli sotto l&#8217;acqua<br />
· Cuocete i fagiolini e tagliate a metà i pomodorini<br />
· Mettete in un&#8217;insalatiera i fagioli, fagiolini e pomodorini<br />
· Mischiate olio, succo di limone, paprika, sale e pepe e condite l&#8217;insalata<br />
· Servite l&#8217;insalata con del pane abbrustolito come accompagnamento</p>

Se avete la pentola a pressione e la sapete usare è anche abbastanza veloce.<br />
A tal proposito se quelli di Lagostina dovessero mai leggere questo post e volessero regalarmi una bella <a href="http://www.lagostina.it/collections/PENTOLE-A-PRESSIONE/Acticook/Acticook60.htm">Acticook</a>, io la userei sempre e ne parlerei sempre bene!</p>
<p>COMPONENTI [per 2 persone]:<br />
400g di patate<br />
1 cucchiaio d&#8217;olio<br />
1 cucchiaio di aceto di vino bianco<br />
1 cucchiaio di senape di digione<br />
½ cipolla rossa<br />
prezzemolo</p>
<p>ASSEMBLAGGIO:<br />
· Cuocete le patate in abbondante acqua calda<br />
[Si lessano con la buccia in acqua fredda facendole bollire per 30-40 minuti e salandole quasi a fine cottura.]<br />
· Preparate il condimento unendo olio+aceto+senape<br />
· Affettate la cipolla molto sottile e tagliate le patate a pezzi<br />
· Mettete le patate e le cipolle in una ciotola e conditele, spolverate con un pizzico di prezzemolo</p>
<p>p.s. perfetta con del salmone affumicato</p>

<p>La primavera? Il caldo? Se ne sono andatiiiii! Yuppi!<br />
Tutto questo rende perfetta la ricetta che vi do oggi, una zuppa che vi scalda da dentro,<br />
soprattutto se sbagliate dosi di Curry Paste!</p>
<p>COMPONENTI [per 2 persone]:<br />
100g di lenticchie rosse decorticate<br />
½ cipolla<br />
1 cartota<br />
1 cucchiaino di zenzero tritato<br />
1 cucchiaio di Curry Paste<br />
1 patata<br />
500ml di brodo vegetale<br />
prezzemolo<br />
olio extravergine<br />
sale</p>
<p>ASSEMBLAGGIO:<br />
· Tritate la cipolla e tagliate a cubetti la carota<br />
· In una pentola rosolate carota, cipolla, zenzero e il Curry Paste con un cucchiaio d&#8217;olio mescolando spesso<br />
· Versate il brodo caldo nella pentola più una tazza extra d&#8217;acqua e aggiungete la patata tagliata a tocchetti<br />
· Portate il brodo a bollore, abbassate il fuoco e lasciate sobbollire per 15&#8242; o fino a quando le patate sono cotte<br />
· Passati 5&#8242; dall&#8217;inserimento delle patate, aggiungete le lenticchie<br />
· Quando le verdure saranno cotte aggiungete del prezzemolo tritato e dell&#8217;olio, servite</p>
